A general meeting of CASC-OR was held April 22, 2017 at the CASC-OR offices. Draft minutes of the meeting are attached.
At the meeting, a revised set of CASC-OR bylaws was presented and a resolution was passed to accept the changes to the bylaws subject to correcting the numbering and further amending one bylaw (to do with the presentation of the financial statements to the member clubs). These revised bylaws will come into effect when posted on the CASC-OR website (likely May 10, 2017).
